Mid-Level Bankruptcy Associate
Bankruptcy group of major tier firm seeks a junior associate with 3 years of large firm, commercial bankruptcy experience. Representative work includes representation of debtors, committees, creditors and investors in some of the largest chapter 11 cases in the country. The preferred candidate has a strong academic background, fantastic written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of substantive and procedural bankruptcy law and an understanding of corporate finance is required. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have completed a bankruptcy clerkship.
