Candidate will handle many aspects of tax law including, transactional matters, tax planning, partnership, income tax law, real estate tax, joint ventures, hedge funds, private equity funds, etc. Candidate must have substantial experience in many different areas. Candidate must also be able to port $700,000 of tax business.
